About Me

Hey there, I’m so glad you’re here!

I’m Jenn – a mama of three little ones. My son was born in 2020, and my twin daughters arrived just over two years later. Yes, it’s as wild as it sounds. Life since becoming a parent has been full of love, mess, chaos, and healing – and that’s exactly what I talk about here.

This space is where motherhood meets mental health, recovery, and real-life growth. I started this blog because I couldn’t find many voices that talked honestly about the deep shifts that come with parenting – especially when you’re also navigating things like postpartum struggles, identity loss, or healing.

I’m currently in school, working toward obtaining a diploma in Community Services Worker, with a focus on supporting children and their parents/caregivers, and new or expecting parents as a Child and Family Support Worker. It’s work that’s incredibly close to my heart – not just professionally, but personally. I know how deeply the right support at the right time can change a life.

You’ll find stories here about motherhood in all its raw and beautiful forms, reflections on mental health, tools and encouragement for recovery, and little reminders that you are not alone. This isn’t a blog about having it all figured out – it’s about finding meaning in the mess, growing with grace, and showing up with honesty, even when things are hard.

So whether you’re here for support, solidarity, or just a quiet moment to breathe – I’m so glad you found your way here.

With love,

Jenn
